Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups watermelon, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 2 tsp Tajin seasoning
  • 1 lime, juice only
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 6 wooden skewers
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Method
 

  1. Cut watermelon into 2-inch cubes
  2. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
  3. Thread watermelon cubes tightly onto skewers
  4. Sprinkle Tajin seasoning evenly over skewers
  5. Drizzle lime juice over all cubes
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional)

Notes

Skewers can be refrigerated up to 8 hours before serving
Use citric acid as a Tajin substitute
For less acidic flavor, salt directly instead of using lime juice
