- Cut watermelon into 2-inch cubes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes
- Thread watermelon cubes tightly onto skewers
- Sprinkle Tajin seasoning evenly over skewers
- Drizzle lime juice over all cubes
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves (optional)

Skewers can be refrigerated up to 8 hours before serving
