Tuscan Grilled Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • Prepared pizza dough (1 ball, 1/4 loaf or frozen)
  • Olive oil (1 tbsp, light)
  • Grilled chicken (2 cups, rotisserie preferred)
  • Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
  • Mozzarella cheese (1 cup, shredded)
  • Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
  • Spinach (1 cup, fresh or cooked frozen)
  • Sun-dried tomatoes (1/2 cup, oil-packed)
  • Red onion (1/2 cup, sliced)
  • Alfredo sauce (4 oz store-bought or homemade)
  • Italian seasoning (1 tsp)
  • Red pepper flakes (1/2 tsp)
  • Fresh basil (for garnish)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Roll dough on floured surface to desired thickness
  2. Spread Alfredo sauce over dough, leaving 1-inch border
  3. Layer mozzarella, grilled chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, red onion, and garlic
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until crust is golden brown
  6. Garnish with fresh basil and let cool before slicing

Notes

Rotate rotisserie chicken for shredded chicken in minutes
Use frozen dough for convenience
Mozzarella prevents toppings from sogginess
Add mushrooms or bell peppers for customization
Cook dough 3-4 minutes first if using ultra-thick crust
