- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water and set aside

- Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch dish
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and Cool Whip until smooth
- Spread over pretzel crust
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries
- Drizzle Jell-O mixture over the top
- Refrigerate uncovered for 5 hours until set
