Ingredients
  

  • 3.4 oz box cheesecake pudding mix
  • 12 oz whipped topping
  • 3 (6 oz) containers strawberry yogurt
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows (optional)

Method
 

  1. Prepare pudding mix according to package instructions
  2. In a large bowl, fold whipped topping into the prepared pudding
  3. Stir in yogurt until smooth
  4. Chop strawberries into small pieces and gently fold into mixture
  5. Add mini marshmallows (or whipped cream as a substitute) for contrast
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving

Notes

Use very ripe strawberries for optimal sweetness
