Strawberry Cheesecake Salad: Creamy Layers for Any Occasion

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) cheesecake or white chocolate pudding mix
  • 12 oz whipped topping
  • 3 6 oz containers strawberry yogurt
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3 bananas, sliced (add 5 minutes before serving)
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk 12 oz whipped topping with pudding mix until smooth
  2. Add 3 containers of strawberry yogurt, blending until fully incorporated
  3. Cover bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes (best after 1 hour)
  4. Gently fold in sliced strawberries and marshmallows just before serving
  5. Top with bananas in a separate bowl, slices added during the last 5 minutes to prevent browning

Notes

Use cold ingredients (40°F) for smooth blending
Add ½ tsp strawberry extract for extra flavor
Layer base on a platter for presentation
Chill 1-2 hours for optimal texture
Avoid overmixing before fruit to reduce oxidation
Refrigerate bananas 30 minutes before adding
