Method
 

  1. Quarter strawberries uniformly for even dressing distribution
  2. Cube mozzarella into 1-inch pieces and pat dry with paper towels
  3. Chop basil leaves using a sharp knife to maintain vibrant green color
  4. Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and pepper in a sealed container
  5. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds until emulsified and foamy
  6. Chill the dressing for 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld
  7. In a large bowl, mix strawberries, mozzarella, and basil
  8. Pour chilled dressing over salad components
