Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- In a large bowl, mash the banana and add milk
- Combine dry ingredients: oats, brown sugar, baking powder, zest, 5-spice, and sea salt
- Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined
- Fold in sliced strawberries
- Optional: stir in walnuts or chocolate chips
- Pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until edges are golden and center is set
