- Heat 2 teaspoons avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté diced onions 4 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef or turkey, smash meat to flatten evenly. Sprinkle onion and garlic powder. Cook 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in non-alcoholic Worcestershire sauce, then transfer meat to a bowl.
- In the same skillet, cook seasoned potatoes until golden and crispy.
- Assemble bowls with lettuce, smashed meat, hot fries, tomato, pickles, and smash sauce (combine mayo, mustard, pickle juice). Top with sour cream.
Notes
Use non-alcoholic Worcestershire substitute (e.g., soy sauce or vinegar-based mix). Add cheese like cheddar for a melty layer. Leftovers store well in the fridge.
