Ingredients
Method
- Whisk the cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, and Dijon mustard in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Spray the slow cooker basin thoroughly with non-stick spray.
- Spread 3/4 cup of the soup mixture across the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them over the sauce layer.
- Top each chicken breast with 2 slices of turkey ham and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.
- Pour the remaining sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the stuffing mix evenly over the top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Notes
Ensure the turkey ham is certified halal. For extra texture, you can toast the stuffing mix lightly in a pan before sprinkling it on top if you prefer a crunchier crust.
