Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages (8oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 5 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 sliced green onion, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Combine the softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, sour cream, and blue cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours, stirring once halfway through to ensure even heat.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top and cook for another 5-10 minutes until melted.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
