Ingredients

  • 12 ounces raw shrimp, deveined and shelled
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 16 ounces guacamole
  • 16 scoops/dipper chips (or regular tortilla chips)

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a thin layer of oil.
  2. Pat shrimp dry, toss with taco seasoning.
  3. Cook shrimp in the skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  4. Place each shrimp on a chip, then top generously with guacamole (1–2 tablespoons per serving).
  5. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

Use gluten-free taco seasoning for dietary compliance.
Substitute Old Bay seasoning for a coastal U.S. twist.
Store leftover shrimp in an airtight container in the fridge (1 day max).
Fresh guacamole is ideal but store-bought works well when paired with shrimp.
Serve with extra chips or squeeze lime directly onto the guacamole.
