Method
- Bring a large pot of salted water with Old Bay seasoning to a rolling boil
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside
- In a bowl, combine shrimp with mayonnaise, garlic powder, black pepper, mozzarella, and cheddar
- Spoon mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly
- Melt 2 tablespoons butter, mix with Panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle over shrimp filling
- Optional: Top with fresh herbs
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake 20 minutes until golden and bubbling
