- Simmer for another few minutes until the chicken is heated through and well-coated with the sauce.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save significant preparation time. Adjust the number of chipotle peppers to 3 if you prefer a higher level of heat. Serve with warm tortillas, avocado, or cilantro.
