- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 loaf pan with butter (or a non-stick cooking spray)
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl using dry measuring spoon
- Beat butter and brown sugar with mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes)
- Blend beaten eggs into butter mixture. Add mashed bananas until thoroughly incorporated
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir until just combined (do not overmix)
- Scrape batter into prepared pan using offset spatula. Smooth top evenly
