Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine butter/coconut oil and honey in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir until melted and smooth.
- Add sugar and sweetened condensed milk, mixing until thickened (5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in salt, licorice extract, and Kool-Aid powder.
- Add beetroot juice for color (optional), then pour onto parchment.
- Scoop into 12 equal portions using a measuring cup.
- Roll each portion into ropes on a floured surface until smooth.
- Let cool completely before storing.
