- Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, panko, zucchini, Parmesan, egg, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Mix the ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Roll the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1-1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, or until the meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F and are golden brown.
Notes
Ensure the shredded zucchini is squeezed very well; excess moisture can make the meatballs too soft. You can substitute ground turkey if desired. These store well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 2 months.
