Ingredients

  • 1 orange (medium, thinly sliced)
  • 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 cup pineapple (diced)
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 2 cups fruit punch (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 cup cranberry juice (non-alcoholic or iced tea)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

Method

  1. In a pitcher, combine orange and lemon slices with chopped strawberries and diced pineapple.
  2. Add orange juice, fruit punch, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. Stir well, then refrigerate for 1 hour to chill and infuse flavors.
  4. Just before serving, top each glass with 1.5 tablespoons of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.

Notes

Use fresh fruit for the best flavor, but frozen fruit (thawed) works in a pinch.
Swap citrus slices with mandarin or lime for variations.
Replace cranberry juice with coconut water for a milder sweetness.
Adjust soda quantity to taste.
