- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In bowl, combine potatoes, 3 tbsp oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper. Toss until coated
- Spread in single layer on rimmed baking sheet
- Bake 20 mins, flipping halfway through
- Whisk barbecue sauce, honey, 1 tbsp oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper in small bowl
- Move potatoes to edges of sheet. Brush chicken with glaze and place on sheet
- Bake 20-25 mins more until chicken reaches 165°F
- Sprinkle potatoes with parsley before serving. Let rest 5 mins before slicing chicken
