Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 lb strawberries
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 15 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 20 oz pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • * NOTES: Strberries/frozen, grapes/halved, orange/pineapple drained, kiwis sliced fresh, banana added last.

Method
 

  1. Whip softened cream cheese until smooth
  2. Add pudding mix and pineapple juice, mix until smooth
  3. Combine strawberries, grapes, mandarin oranges, and pineapple
  4. Add kiwi slices and banana last
  5. Fold cream cheese mixture into fruit
  6. Chill bowls, serve in glasses.

Notes

Chill bowl and utensils beforehand
Use a stand mixer for smoothness
Pat drained fruit to minimize liquid
Store in fridge up to 2 hours
