Ingredients
  

  • Fresh Pineapple, 1 whole (ripe, juicy)
  • Brown Sugar, 1/4 cup
  • Ground Cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
  • Shredded Coconut, 1/4 cup (optional)
  • Lime Juice, 1 tablespoon (optional)
  • Chili Powder, 1/4 teaspoon (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (350°F-450°F)
  2. Trim pineapple, remove core, and cut into 1-inch spears
  3. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; brush mixture onto pineapple
  4. Grill 3-4 spears at a time for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and caramelized
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut, lime juice, and chili powder as desired

Notes

Coconut sugar can replace brown sugar for vegan version
Experiment with spices like nutmeg or smoked paprika
Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days
