- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 375°F to 400°F)
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade
- Submerge chicken breasts in the marinade, ensuring they’re evenly coated
- Cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 24 hours
- Remove chicken from the marinade and discard the remaining
- Grill breasts for 4–5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the skin is nicely charred
- Garnish with chopped parsley just before serving

For even cooking, pound chicken breasts to uniform thickness
Avocado oil can be used instead of olive oil for higher heat resistance on the grill
