Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch nuggets, ensuring even size.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, oregano, and lemon juice to make the marinade.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade and toss well to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook nuggets for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and charred in spots.
  5. Serve immediately with dipping sauces or sides of choice.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh garlic or oregano.
Chicken thighs can be substituted for a juicier texture
Grill on a griddle or indoor grill for a non-traditional method.
