- Stir in sugar and yeast, then let rest 5 minutes until bubbly
- Grasp in flour, salt, and olive oil
- Knead for 8 minutes until smooth, elastic (PASS the windowpane test)
- Rest in an oiled bowl covered with a kitchen towel
- Once risen, preheat your oven and prepare a parchment-lined tin by coating with olive oil
- Press dimples into the dough with fingers, drizzle more olive oil, and press crushed garlic into the dimples
- Sprinkle grated parmesan and flaked sea salt over the surface
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and crisp
