- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, chicken stock, Dijon mustard, wholegrain mustard, white vinegar, and sriracha until smooth.
- In a separate small dish, combine paprika, ground mustard seed, cayenne pepper, kosher salt, and ground pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture thoroughly over all sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms.
- Pour the prepared honey-mustard glaze over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
Notes
