Ingredients
  

  • 1 dozen full-size graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp salted butter
  • 5 oz Jell-O Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1 oz unsweetened baker's chocolate
  • 3 cups milk (2% or whole)
  • Optional: 1 pre-made graham cracker crust (9-inch)

Method
 

  1. Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs
  2. Mix crumbs with sugar and melted butter
  3. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust
  4. In a saucepan, whisk pudding mix and milk over medium heat
  5. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (2-3 minutes)
  6. Add melted baker's chocolate and stir until smooth
  7. Chill pie for 2-3 hours until set
  8. Top with whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving

Notes

Use cornstarch to thicken filling if needed
Gluten-free graham crackers available
Substitute dark chocolate if desired
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days
