Method
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them
- Marinate for at least 20 minutes
- Preheat a grill pan to medium-high heat (400°F)
- Grill chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until crispy and fully cooked
- In a separate bowl, mix Caesar dressing with croutons and Paremesan cheese
- Warm tortillas in the oven (375°F for 15 minutes) or on a dry skillet
- Place grilled chicken on tortillas, top with romaine and Caesar mixture, then roll to serve
