- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Pat chicken breasts dry. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Rub spice mixture over chicken.
- Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, chicken broth, Parsley, and 1/4 cup Parmesan. Place seared chicken in baking dish. Pour sauce over chicken, then top with remaining Parmesan.
- Bake 35-40 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and top is golden. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.

Substitute fresh garlic for garlic powder if preferred.
