- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Crush pretzels using a rolling pin
- Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl
- Mix melted butter with pretzels and press into an 8x8-inch dish
- Bake pretzel base for 20 minutes
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Cool whip
- Press into pretzel dish and refrigerate for 1 hour
- Prepare Jell-O by dissolving in boiling water
- Stir in sliced strawberries and pour over cream cheese layer
- Refrigerate uncovered for 3 hours until set
