Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated finely
  • 2 tsp dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 pound deli chicken, sliced thin
  • 4-5 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix the melted butter, parsley, parmesan, dry ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and dill in a small bowl.
  3. Place the connected bottoms of the Hawaiian rolls onto a 9x13-inch baking sheet.
  4. Brush the ranch dressing onto the cut sides of both the top and bottom roll halves.
  5. Layer the deli chicken evenly over the bottom rolls.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled turkey bacon over the chicken.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with the top half of the rolls.
  8. Brush the prepared herb butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure you keep the Hawaiian rolls connected to make assembly easier. For the best flavor, use high-quality deli chicken and freshly grated parmesan. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat in the oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.
