- Rinse grapes, drain thoroughly, and halve with a paring knife. Chill until step 3.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth (3-4 minutes). Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix for 2 minutes.
- Fold in reserved grape halves until combined. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes to 24 hours.
- Before serving, top with chopped pecans and spooned brown sugar.
