Chicken Salad Chick Grape Salad: A Creamy Sweet Treat

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless red grapes, halved
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream, full-fat
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar, for topping

Method
 

  1. Rinse grapes, drain thoroughly, and halve with a paring knife. Chill until step 3.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth (3-4 minutes). Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix for 2 minutes.
  3. Fold in reserved grape halves until combined. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes to 24 hours.
  4. Before serving, top with chopped pecans and spooned brown sugar.
