Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds green grapes
  • 2 pounds red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar (for topping)
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract
  2. Whip ingredients with an electric mixer until smooth (2-3 minutes on medium speed)
  3. Scrape down bowl sides to ensure even mixing
  4. In a large bowl, add halved grapes (mix green and red if using both)
  5. Gently fold in the cream cheese mixture until evenly coated
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans
  7. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving

Notes

Use room-temperature cream cheese for smooth mixing
Peach or cotton candy grapes can replace red and green varieties
Honey works as a substitute for brown sugar
Grapes should be halved to prevent overmixing
Best served chilled
