- Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes until golden
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side)
- Arrange mozzarella pearls, tomato halves, and basil leaves on a serving platter
- Top with croutons and chicken
- Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil and optional balsamic glaze
