Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing (use anchovy-free)
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
  2. Warm tortillas for 10-15 seconds in the oven or microwave
  3. Spread 1/4 cup Caesar dressing evenly over each tortilla
  4. Layer chopped romaine, shredded chicken, croutons, and parmesan on each tortilla
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to form wraps
  6. Heat wraps in a skillet or oven for 2-3 minutes until warm and slightly crisped (optional)

Notes

Warm tortillas for easier folding
Substitute Caesar dressing with a zesty vinaigrette (1 tbsp mustard + 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp lemon juice) for non-dairy option
