- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth
- Add garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the mixture
- Fold in cooked chicken and spinach until just combined
- Transfer to prepared baking dish
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan over the top
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden
