- Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, and yeast in a bowl
- Pour warm water and melted butter into dry ingredients

- Simmer sauce 20 minutes with oregano
- Press dough into 12-inch deep-dish pan
- Layer half the cheese evenly
- Add tomato sauce and remaining cheese
- Top with desired toppings
- Bake 35 minutes or until golden
