  • 1 tablespoon extra virginia olive oil
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon Mediterranean oregano

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  2. Arrange rolls on a silicone mat with 2-inch gaps
  3. Drizzle 1/8" olive oil over rolls
  4. Press halved tomatoes gently into dough
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella over tomatoes
  6. Dust oregano evenly
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes, rotating tray mid-bake
