Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease an 8-cup dish and spread 1 tub of dip.
- Season chicken fillets with smoked paprika and drizzle with olive oil. Place in oven dish atop dip.
- Mix remaining dip with spring onions. Spread half over chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and mozzarella is golden.
- Top with remaining dip mixture after baking. Serve with salad on the side.
Notes
For halal flavor, use smoked paprika and omit all pork products.
Substitute vegan cheese if required.
