- Bring 4 quarts water to a rolling boil in a 6-quart stockpot.
- Add halved onion, quartered lemon, Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and hot sauce.
- Simmer the spiced water for 15 minutes.
- Add sliced turkey sausage and cubed baby potatoes; reduce heat and continue boiling for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes reach doneness and the sausage is lightly browned.
- Drop in crab clusters, shrimp (shelled, tails on if desired), and husked corn.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the shrimp turn pink and the corn is tender.
- In a saucepan, melt ½ cup butter over medium-low heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and season with salt.
- Pour the garlic butter sauce over everything in the pot and serve immediately.
