- Preheat your oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- Dip each chicken breast into a bowl of water, shaking off excess moisture.
- Combine flour, salt, paprika, herbs de Provence, and black pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Press the moistened chicken into the flour mixture until evenly coated on all sides.
- Arrange the floured chicken in the baking dish.
- Whisk the dry milk powder with hot water and pour it around the chicken in the dish.
- Top the chicken breasts with the cubes of butter.
- Bake for 55 minutes until the chicken is tender and golden brown.
Notes
