- Preheat oven to waffle fries package’s recommended temperature. Spread fries on a parchment-lined baking sheet and cook as directed
- In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 5 minutes
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes, breaking into crumbles, until browned
- Stir in oregano, paprika, cornichons, and Worcestershire sauce (if using). Cook for 1 minute to blend flavors
- Divide cooked fries into four bowls. Top each with beef mixture, sauce, and desired toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and pickles
