Ingredients
  

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Ranch dressing for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin thoroughly with nonstick spray.
  3. Brush each wonton wrapper lightly with olive oil.
  4. Press one wrapper gently into each well of the muffin pan.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Buffalo sauce, and garlic powder until smooth.
  6. Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  7. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
  8. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes or until the wonton edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm with a drizzle of ranch dressing.

Notes

Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to swap mozzarella with cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor profile. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
