  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F. Insert pizza stone if available
  2. Dust baking sheet with cornmeal using paper towel抹匀
  3. Stretch dough to 12-inch round, leaving 1/2-inch crust
  4. Brush dough edges with olive oil using pastry brush
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella base, then spread chicken mixture evenly
  6. Top with Monterey Jack, then red onion slices
  7. Bake 12-15 mins until cheese bubbles and crust browns
  8. Tap sheet gently—if crust doesn't flake, extend baking 2-3 mins
  9. Drizzle ranch dressing in zig-zag pattern post-bake
  10. Sprinkle green onions and parsley immediately after slicing
