Method
- Pat shrimp dry, add olive oil and spices, toss
- Cook in hot skillet 2-3 minutes per side until pink and charred
- Combine romaine, Parmesan, and croutons in bowl
- Drizzle with Caesar dressing and toss gently
- Add warm shrimp on top, finish with more Parmesan and fresh pepper
Notes
Substitute thyme for oregano if preferred
Use baby romaine for easier prep
