Baked Yogurt No Eggs Healthy Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • Thick Yogurt
  • 2 cups (use hung curd or Greek yogurt)
  • Condensed Milk Alternative
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • Cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp (use halal-certified liquid)

Method
 

  1. Strain yogurt: Fold muslin cloth, pour yogurt into cloth. Hang over bowl for 1 hour until firm.
  2. Blend base: Whisk sugar and cream until sugar dissolves. Add strained yogurt and whisk aggressively.
  3. Add flavor: Fold in vanilla extract to avoid lumps.
  4. Water bath bake: Place ramekins in baking dish with 1/2-inch hot water. Bake at 350°F until center holds when tested (28 minutes).

Notes

Substitute condensed milk with 1 cup coconut sugar + 1/2 cup plant milk if preferred.
Use parchment paper-lined ramekins to prevent cracking.
Chill blended mixture 15 minutes before baking.
Run fingers around edges during baking to prevent stalling.
Trickle hot water into water bath every 5 minutes for even heat.
