  • Smoked Paprika, 0.5 tsp
  • Garlic Powder, 0.5 tsp
  • Onion Powder, 0.5 tsp
  • Baking Powder, 1.5 tbsp
  • Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp (Hennessy substitute)
  • Coconut Sugar, 0.5 cup (optional substitute for brown sugar)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder

Notes

Hennessy can be replaced with apple cider vinegar or omitted entirely
Use chicken thighs/drumsticks for a juicier alternative
Double the glaze for extra saucy wings
Toss with a pinch of baking powder before glazing for extra crunch
Leftovers store well in the fridge for 3-4 days
