- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Pat chicken wings dry and season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder
- Toss in 1.5 tbsp baking powder for crispiness
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden
- Mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar (or coconut sugar), and apple cider vinegar in a bowl
- Brush sauce over wings
- Return to oven for 10-15 minutes until sticky and caramelized
- Serve warm with extra BBQ sauce on the side

Hennessy can be replaced with apple cider vinegar or omitted entirely
