Method
- Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
- Brush 1 tbsp olive oil evenly over both sides
- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
- Press seasoning into salmon with fingers
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
- Arrange salmon in single layer in air fryer basket
- Cook 7-9 minutes until crispy and cooked through
- Toss cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl
- Warm tortillas in air fryer for 1-2 minutes
- Assemble tacos with salmon, slaw, cilantro, avocado, and lime wedges

Use red or green cabbage for colorful variation
Substitute fresh garlic for 1/2 tsp minced garlic
