Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb salmon fillets (skinless, boneless)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (substitute avocado oil)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey (substitute maple syrup)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 sliced avocado (optional)
  • Lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
  2. Brush 1 tbsp olive oil evenly over both sides
  3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl
  4. Press seasoning into salmon with fingers
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes
  6. Arrange salmon in single layer in air fryer basket
  7. Cook 7-9 minutes until crispy and cooked through
  8. Toss cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, lime juice, honey, and 1/4 tsp salt in a bowl
  9. Warm tortillas in air fryer for 1-2 minutes
  10. Assemble tacos with salmon, slaw, cilantro, avocado, and lime wedges

Notes

Use red or green cabbage for colorful variation
Substitute fresh garlic for 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Gluten-free tortillas are widely available
Tacos can be assembled up to 1 day ahead; store components separately
Leftover slaw keeps 3-4 days refrigerated
