  • 1.5-2 lbs Chicken Party Wings, separated into wingettes and drummettes
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry thoroughly with a paper towel to ensure maximum crispiness.
  2. Toss the wings in a large mixing bowl with the olive oil until evenly coated.

  6. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 26 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through to ensure even cooking.
