  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 large green pepper, cubed
  • 1 large red or yellow onion, cubed
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Clean and dry the chicken cubes thoroughly using paper towels.

  3. Cover and let the chicken marinate for 40 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, alternating with the green pepper and onion pieces.

  6. Cook at 380°F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for an even char.

Notes
