Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 20 turkey pepperoni slices (halal/dietary)
  • 1 sheet parchment paper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Scoop 20 small mounds of mozzarella spaced 2" apart
  4. Place 1 pepperoni slice on each mound
  5. Press gently to submerge half the topping
  6. Bake 5-7 minutes until golden
  7. Cool 3 minutes before serving

Notes

Space mounds evenly to prevent melting transfer
Use fresh mozzarella for best texture
Swap turkey for vegan pepperoni if needed
Test for doneness at 5 minutes
Use wood-fired pepperoni for extra smokiness
