- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Scoop 20 small mounds of mozzarella spaced 2" apart
- Place 1 pepperoni slice on each mound
- Press gently to submerge half the topping
- Bake 5-7 minutes until golden
- Cool 3 minutes before serving
